Access and purpose

Claire Assistant accesses Google data only through permissions granted by its account owner. Depending on the permissions and task, this may include email, calendar information, files, documents, and spreadsheet contents. Data is used to fulfill the owner's requests.

Processing and storage

Information needed to fulfill requests may be processed by configured AI and communication service providers. Relevant data may be retained for ongoing use of the assistant. This is not an entirely on-device service.

Sharing

Account data is not sold or used for advertising. Sending messages, sharing files, and other account changes require the owner's instructions and approval. Personal account data is not published on this website.

Access and deletion controls

The owner can revoke Google access through Google Account security settings and request deletion of retained assistant data. Revoking access does not automatically delete previously stored data. Copies held by service providers or in backups may remain until removed or expired under applicable retention rules.

Google API policy

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
